"Yeah," she replied, "I guess I am." Her figure turned to look at the small building. "But I didn't realize how his power worked, and I suffered for that mistake." A figure appeared next to her of a tall somewhat good looking guy who appeared to be only a few years older than Fred and Alex. He had pale skin, as was the case with most vampires, long wavy brown hair and the appearance of one who always had a smug look resting upon their face.
"I came back when Caitlin killed this man and herself in order to free me from his power," she told him. In reality her eyes were becoming bloodshot with the strain to keep eye contact. Even thinking these words to him was causing her problems. She was so stupid. Why was she crying? She needed to get a hold of herself before Alex came out of the illusion. He didn't need to see her like this.
"I went to try and save her when I discovered Caitlin was being controlled by him again," she explained calmly within her illusion, "My plan was to rush in, place him in an illusion before he could use his power," as she spoke there was a second Fred with anger filled eyes rushing at the man. When the second Fred was within eye contact of him, she slowed only marginally as her eyes went yellow. She was still moving forward, faster than any other time she had tried moving while holding an illusion, "But then I discovered his powers were activated by him saying things."
"Fred, you don't want to do this," the man said, and the second Fred slowed. There was still anger in her eyes, but it seemed to be lessening.
"The fucking bastard took control of me, and ARRRRGG!!!" Even her mental conjuring of herself couldn't help but hit the guy, and since there was a second her the two of them teamed up for a moment to just give the mental image the pounding of a lifetime.
