Dana nodded slowly as Imani pointed out the name. Sorin's full name. Her smile remained mostly in place, but mention of Sorin lately often brought questions to Dana's mind. Questions that filled it instead of math problems that she needed to understanding for the upcoming test. She bit on her bottom lip and then blinked a few times as Imani asked her a question.
"I am not well," she admitted, because Dana wasn't one for deception, "My math is no good. I will not pass this semester. I understand it not. It is most distressing." Her smile now had faded and she looked almost sullen. Those who knew Dana would see it as out of character for her. She gave a small shrug of her shoulders, which slumped forward like the branches of a weeping willow.
