Beach: Felicity and Van
"Yeah right," Van jumped on the opportunity to tease and deflect attention from his own inadequacies. "You don't know if your flirting works if you never follow through. For all you know, they laugh at your attempts when you leave the room."
Van smirked and then brought the whistle to his lips again, letting out a long stream of air. The weres in the water had had enough and they emerged from the waves to race across the beach, seeking the source of the sound to put a stop to it. Their path took them away from Van and Felicity and Van laughed. "Dumb dogs."
