Thérèse and Open
Thérèse was rather tired of constantly finding herself reminded of Dallas. It was difficult even to be back at the school since pretty much every recent memory of the place involved him. She wanted to try and make new memories, but it was difficult lately since she simply didn't feel like getting together with people too much. At times Cressida was fun to be around, but her friend was a great deal different from the free spirit that usually inhabited the fairy's body.
She had returned due to her concerns for Davian and Ambriel, and she did enjoy teaching, but there was something missing in her life lately. Maybe it had been missing for a while and she simply hadn't noticed it since she was having so much fun with Dallas. She would need to figure out what exactly she needed in her life; otherwise, it was likely she would simply leave and later regret her decision.
She walked around the campus by herself. Perhaps she was simply lonely lately. She wasn't helping herself by continuously going off on her own when she wasn't wishing to be a burden on her friends. She was dressed as Captain Hook this year in an attempt to have fun with it, yet even that wasn't too helpful at the moment.
Her eyes wandered over to a couple of students sneaking off to the woods with a bottle of something that she recognized as not a suitable drink for students. She approached them, but then stopped as a devilish smile wrought her lips. She concentrated and then moved her arm outward. Ahead at the edge of the woods a tree mimicked her movement with one of its branches. The students looked up, but she stayed still and the tree did as well. When they turned their attention away from the tree, she moved her other arm causing a second tree to mimic her movements.
"Did you see that?" one of the students asked. As they moved closer to the second tree to inspect, she moved her first hand again causing the tree branch to move closer to them. She then wiggled her fingers so that the smaller twigs would tickle their necks. When they turned to see what was going on they jumped and dropped the bottle with a shatter to the ground.
At this point in time she closed the distance between herself and the students. "I do not believe 'zat is a proper drink for you," she said with a sly grin across her face. At this the students ran, probably thinking she would give them detention. She likely should, but since they hadn't managed to drink too much she didn't pursue them.
