Pre-Wedding Jitters: Jae and Davian
Davian did look at himself, as Jae suggested. He stared into the mirror as it fogged over, furrowed brows gradually turning white as steam condensates on the glass. He remembered the day Ambriel proposed like it was yesterday. It was one of his fondest memories of his angel. Seeing him down on his knee, hope so overwhelming in his royal blue eyes. Of course Davian had said yes. Ambriel hadn't even needed to ask.
The young sloth demon sighed and reached out to wipe his hand across the mirror, clearing his reflection for a moment. If there was ever someone worthy of Davian entrusting his promises to, it was Ambriel. His word, his deal, his vows, they would be in the right hands. The best hands.
"Fuck," Davian groaned. "I guess I didn't take my ass all the way to Greece for nothing." Slowly, he smiled. It would be okay.
A few moments later, Davian's swearing increased. "Fuck! It's hot!" He fumbled with the shower nozzles as he stepped under the spray. "I'm showering, I'm showering!"
