Barclay archly raised an eyebrow at Sorin's interruption and then refocused on the girl. Apparently, she was just as easily excitable as Sorin. "Right," he said, "some kind of mentor. It's more that Sorin was the thing that wouldn't leave. He took over my shop, though."
Barclay's sharp eyes looked over at Sorin. "How is the shop doing? I trust you haven't been found out yet, right?" He shook his head. "Doesn't matter."
His blue eyes narrowed, looking Olivia over. "So, you're what? A special connection to nature? If that doesn't make you a druid, what does it make you?"
