Taking me out of the equation would simplify everything greatly for them, not us."
Paxton rubbed his wrists, stepping away from his little brother. "Besides, I'm not the big fish in this scenario. As long as Dad is around, I'm not of immense importance to them. I'm just a pawn, just like you. And believe me, Dad's not going anywhere."
