Bayani had been in Hydra to stop by and talk to Leon about a few things. His phone was no where to be found since he tossed it away, and he preferred in person conversations with his friends anyway. He was a reasonable distance from what happened when the Hydra came out, but the unexpected sound and smell were unmistakeable. He'd only started to be able to sort through normal people's scent. This was alien, and it made him feel cold to his core. But it was all the more reason that he ran toward trouble rather than away from it. Bay rushed there just in time to see the hydra actually leaving and then attacked by an unexpected ... dragon. Great. This place was insane.
His intention was to follow. He wasn't sure what a vampire could do against that, but it wouldn't stop him from throwing himself head first into danger if that hydra went anywhere near the people who needed his protection. Bay was about to do just that when a very well known scent came to him, and his head snapped around. He focused in on a blonde head he didn't recognize from there and zipped forward, next to Jae a second later. There was trouble in the distance, but his entire attention was on the unconscious witch.
"Sorin." Bayani got down next to him, panic starting to eat at him. "Sorin!" The witch was out, but he was breathing so there was that. "What happened? Did it attack him?" Bay was in such a frantic mood he didn't realize he was speaking Filipino at Jae, so he shook his head to clear it. "What happened?" he said again, this time in English. "What did it do?" He'd never seen anything like that monster, and he also had no idea what kind of attack it would use on a mortal. His hand slipped into Sorin's hair, unaware of Jae's personal struggle with the kumiho in her.
