Teddy nodded his head, looking at Craig for a moment before he decided that if he was going to make new friends, it had to start with a show of trust. "I'd appreciate that, and I know he would too. Thanks Craig."
He leaned back against the headboard and then glanced at the door. "Hey, look, I- I hate sleeping with these in, but- I don't- I mean, I can't hear anything with them out. If- If I take them out- you'd wake me if there was an alarm or something, right? And- in the morning?"
It was a huge display of trust for Teddy, because he was completely vulnerable without the aids in. Matt would kill him if he knew, but what Matt didn't know wouldn't hurt him?
