Kane was a gracious host. He made certain to greet every person who came across his door, and he excelled at charming small talk. He was someone who could smile in the face of open hatred, a fact he proved when dealing with other demons occasionally. For all his suggestive smiles and long glances, he did recognize boundaries and respected them. An incubus was not about forcing past boundaries, but often the better skill was in moving around them, gently and willingly. That was where the challenge came in. But it wasn't always about the challenge. Sometimes he was just curious. In Sidro's case, it was curiosity. He knew shy or introverted people when he saw them. The other boy was special to Sorin, that much he was certain about, and Sorin was one of his favorite desserts. He noticed that Sidro more or less kept to himself, and he'd chosen to stay in the tents, sometimes with that swarthy vampire that Kane wanted to lick every inch of. One day he planned on doing just that. But for whatever reason Sidro's unspoken body guard of sorts was out, and that gave the demon a chance to approach. He did it with a sweet smile and two glasses of a swirly pink liquid, approaching the smaller boy on the beach. "I don't think I've gotten your drink order down, but this might be to your taste. It's a non-alcoholic smoothie. A mixture of mango and berries." He offered it over and glanced over at the water. Kane was an attractive young man, and the sunlight didn't burn him, it only gave him a nice golden glow that went well with his near black hair and russet colored eyes. This section of the beach was private so he was comfortably without a shirt, his black wings on display, the most obvious deformity of his species, but his were velvet soft and beautiful in their own way. "So, Sidro, is this your first time in this type of climate?" Casually, as if they were new friends making easy conversation on a sunny day. |
