emotional fairies are emotional
Who: Thérèse and Open Where: Woods When: Monday after rehearsal
As soon as rehearsal was over, Thérèse had gone out to the woods. It was something she had been doing a lot lately. There were just things that Dallas had said that caused her to be so furious and at the same time depressed and frightened. This was a lot of emotions for a fairy to hold, and sometimes it was just easier to just shrink to her fairy form and fly around with only the one emotion. She chose to do this in the woods in order to not say anything she would later regret to her husband. She recognized that the most dominating emotion would take over. If that emotion happened to be anger, she would likely create a tree in the middle of the living room just to trap Dallas.
She flew through the trees, zipping here and there in an attempt to reinvigorate herself so she could go home and only see the good things about her husband. She hadn't had any problems with him except for when Davian came up. She felt protective of the boy, and in a way she could see how he did too. The difference between them was that he had a tendency to want to force Davian to do certain things, live a certain way, and act a certain way whether Davian wanted to or not. She, on the other hand, thought it was better to help him find his own path that leads him towards a brighter future. He had been so bitter and untrusting when he first came to the academy, and now he actually had friends and was in a relationship that was actually healthy.
It angered Thérèse when Dallas wouldn't hear of any other way than the one he took. It angered her even more when he said that he would leave her if he suddenly had to go back to that kind of life. It was exactly what Rory did. It was a cowards way. It was the way of someone who doesn't know what love is. She shot off angrily through the trees not paying attention to much except for the trees around her. She let out a scream of anger and caused a thorn bush to spring from the ground below her.
