Surprise Paxton
Who: All academy except for teachers
Where: Pegasus Cave
When: Saturday night (backdated)
Rating: High more than likely
Bushara had spent most of the day preparing the cave for the party. She knew what Davian said, but felt that more than likely Paxton would be fine with this sort of surprise despite that. She had chosen to have it away from the academy since there was need for alcohol with this sort of celebration, and thankfully she had Noah's help to sneak all of that in. For the most part though, she kept the party somewhat simple. There was a stage set up where people could have their choice of karaoke or lip sync turns with room enough in front of the stage for people to dance if they chose to. She had even set up a bar with a few of the students offering to take turns throughout the night as bartender. Outside there was a place where a bonfire would soon be lit along with all sorts of food that tasted good cooked over a fire (marshmallows, hotdogs, the usual). She hadn't chosen to do one of her over the top parties that she typically enjoyed since it was supposed to be a congratulatory party, but she hoped it would still be fun for everyone.
She had explained to everyone the plan for his arrival. Bushara had sent a text to Min making sure all was going to plan to which she received a confirmation. She smiled and called for everyone to get into place. She then concentrated hard, manipulating all of the shadows around the clusters of people. The cave became nearly pitch black, and they awaited the two students arrival. Once they had entered the cave far enough she let go of the shadows and the countless people were unveiled. At the same time the bonfire outside was lit up as well as the lights within the cave as everyone called out their congratulations.
Bushara then approached Paxton and took his hand to guide him to the stage. There should would hand him the microphone and let him do whatever he pleased whether it be a speech or breaking into a rendition of "We Are the Chanpions". She hoped he would not choose the latter as she felt it would be rather depressing since it was she that had lost.
[OOC: sorry for being late with this.]
