Ladon Bonfire: Leon & Victoria & OPEN
Victoria listened as Leon updated her on what he was doing. It sounded not really so teenagery in some aspects but she also knew that Leon was in his fifth year at the school, so the Harvard classes weren't all that much of a surprise. But what the last item on his list made her stop walking and a few steps before he did. Did she hear that right? Did he really have a half-brother . . .
"¿Cómo?" she stared at him, not believing this nonchalant attitude to the news of family. She knew his own family cut him off. Hers would do the same if they knew what she did. Daniela hadn't really cut her off but the last time the two spoke it was a lot of shouting in Spanish and that mongrel Davian had posted about it on the school's journal system.
Stepping forward, she came to stand before him, "You have a half-brother? When did he get here? How long has he been here?" How much had she missed since they'd sort of maintained a distance? Leon was a private person, yes, but this was . . . kinda big.
