Outside the Bonfire: Dana & Kaden
Dana didn't drink. She always found it strange when people gave her things to eat or drink because it wasn't like she could really enjoy it the way they did. But people were always a little funny when she told them she ate through her roots. It was more than likely that the alcohol was placed into her possession in hopes of getting her drunk and lowering her already low inhibitions. Wearing a white dress and some jewelry to model her after the Slavic goddess of beauty left enough to the imagination but still plenty of skin.
"Thank you!" she said to the person handing her the drink. It was the third that night and she managed to pawn off the others to people around her. It usually took Dana a little time to get rid of it and she was still talking to the person who gave it to her. And then there was a shout from Mr. Kaden. And he as saying her name.
Dana practically jumped, the drink in the cup sloshing out and she looked at the Head of Ladon House with a great deal of surprise. She sputtered out some panicked Polish and immediately held the cup out for him, unable to process a real response just yet. What was happening? Why was he shouting at her?
