The Library: Sorin & Ellie
Sorin knew exactly where she'd be. When he realized Ellie had gone missing once the Halloween festivities started to get underway, he knew she wouldn't have gone for the woods, which was her usual safe spot. On Halloween at St. Margaret's, the woods were not an ideal place to be. The ghosts that had descended upon Pegasus dorms had been fascinating, but also startling to see. Sorin and his friends from Anton castle were having different reactions, and Sorins' default was to fall back on looking out for them.
Which was why he was walking through the empty hallways heading to the library. Everyone was outside enjoying the night and it would be a long one. It was the one night a year that the curfew was lifted and students were permitted to stay out all hours. Those who needed to sleep or didn't want to get involved could go to one of the dorms where the ghosts didn't visit. But Sorin knew Ellie would want somewhere familiar. Somewhere safe.
"Ellie?" He called softly into the huge library. His voice still carried through the stone room which seemed extra spooky on that night. Not even Ms. Stheno was there. "Ellie, come out. It's Sorin."
