Autumn: Ashton and Lilie
Lilie came walking up to Ashton and smiled, "Hey, I believe you owe me a dance and this is the song I requested. I hope it works." The song was a classical guitar piece. It was a slow song, but it would do. She was dressed nice as she always was, and while she didn't have her shoes, Aahton was only about four inches taller than her without them on. She was always taller than the other girls and Ashton was one of the few boys on campus taller than her.
"Come on, let's do this, buddy," she gently took him by the hand and led him toward the dance floor. If Ashton resisted, she would simply remind him that he said he would dance with her. And considering the effort she made in making sure there was a song that Ashton would actually dance to, she would likely guilt him into joining her if he did put up a fight.
The summer would be there soon and Lilie would be shipped overseas for most of it. It was nice to know she might see someone from school, but she had friends at St. Margaret's and she wished she could bring them with her. Elves were happy to welcome other elves, and they may even be receptive to a dragon, but she knew from what she learned from her family and classes here that it would be dangerous for him to be around them. Especially when elves started dancing.
But one-on-one like right now? Ashton was perfectly safe.
