"I do," Leon nodded, glancing at Vangelis. "How does it look?"
The centaur's movements were enough to make Leon a bit nervous, a creature so large and powerful, easily able to crush a human skull with one stomp of his hoof. It was part of the power of the presence Vangelis brought with him.
Turning his gaze again towards the sky, Leon watched the heavens. Stars and the power of celestial bodies wasn't a huge focus in Vodun, but the Priests and the Houngan did believe that the Loa resided there, looking down on them. They believed the stars was where their ancestors went, divided by the dust they left behind and the energy of their soul that was freed from a mortal tether. Leon's mother's Cherokee tribe also had strong beliefs about the skies. It was not uncommon for Leon to have been partial to a spiritual dance to call upon the spirits to aid the tribe in big decisions.
