Ollie and Emily: Pulled outside of the party
"It's an amazing opportunity," he told her finding his choice wavering with each time she begged him not to go, "I don't want to miss it." He stared at her pleadingly, "And I promise if you really need me I will come to you, but I need to do this."
He looked down to the ground, "It's what I've been studying for years and they're offering to help me." He shook his head, "I've gotten used to what I am, but there are others who were bitten like I was that still long to be human. They need to have the choice to be human or not." He no longer saw his situation as a curse or an illness, but he knew there were plenty of people who just never got used to it. "Not to mention all the normal illnesses that my research could possibly help."
"I love you and I always will," he assured her, "That will never change. Don't act like me going to college early is going to change that." He pulled her back towards him to hold her close, "As long as you feel the same then we will never lose each other." He then looked her in her gorgeous eyes and smiled, "Besides. Anytime you want to you can come to me as well. No house head or parents to get on our nerves. Just the two of us."
