It was harder than he could even know despite probably having gone through similar things if he was even half as attractive as he is now when he was in school. The problem was Ollie still wasn't sure about telling the teachers what she was doing yet. She hoped she would stop, but now he had the feeling that she would hold on even tighter to what she was doing. She would probably actually strive to talk herself into believing that she was even more correct in her actions since she ended their relationship because of it.
"Yeah," he nodded, "It's been difficult to concentrate whenever she's around." Her or James for that matter. "Even had to stop going to the club to work because of that."
"My dad saw some of my work on a personal project and sent it to a friend of his over there," Ollie explained, "I didn't even know until I got this letter." As Kaden continued talking along with that look, some of his words were managing to break through into Ollie's head. He nodded as he listened, and even began to think maybe it would be best. He would still be able to go back home during the breaks, so if things changed and Emily and he wound up getting back together it would happen; otherwise, he would be somewhere new. A new start.
"I guess I'll have to show him," Ollie said with an unsure smile gracing his face, "Otherwise getting him to agree to letting me take that week off from school would be difficult."
