Costume measuring: Kana and Open
It was a ton of work. She was aware of that fact since she had been the costume designer for the musical, but she loved this. Sure she had to work with Paxton to make sure everything worked for his vision, but all and all she had free range for all of the costumes. It was wonderful. Her elevated mood caused the measuring area to be a fair bit warmer than the rest of the theater, and she wasn't really even aware of it.
She was wearing a corseted white strapless top that was decorated with black threading in the design of a two foxes climbing up either side of her holding their paws out on her back where they appeared to be reaching for a moon. Each fox had three tails. One of their tails adorned Kana's back at the bottom of the corset to meet at the middle, and another tail reached around to do the same thing around the front of the corset. Each of the fox's third tails was actually done on another piece of fabric so that it looked as though they were leaving the top to hang upon Kana's side. She then wore a black layered skirt that reached her knees and currently she was without her shoes having taken them off earlier.
As she finished the measurements on the current cast member she sat cross-legged on the floor making a few notes on a drawing she had for that person, so when the next person approached she was still in deep thought as she was working to figure the best possible look.
