There was a tinge of pity from Cressida, even after offering him a solution to help with the spider problem that her own students created. She observed the way he was hunching over and she knew he would seek out the culprits. It would be an interesting test to see how good her students were about evading detection. Perhaps a comment on the side to them in some vague manner to let them know that they may have gone too far. Perhaps.
"Let me make you something to help," she said and stood up after setting her tea aside. She didn't take the cup from his possession, knowing that he'd need the caffeine to give him something of a boost, but his sluggishness would continue regardless of what she gave him. Besides, she was going to give him something to help, but it may not be that much. Only a slight improvement.
Walking over to the coffee pot, she served another mug and this time reached into the cupboard, finding a small tea bag. Unwrapping it, she worked quickly with it's contents and used some table salt nearby to draw a small diagram on the counter. It was a quick and dirty spell, but it wouldn't do Micah any harm. Speaking the necessary words, the leaves were infused with magic to at least remove some of the fatigue. Dropping the leaves into the coffee, she swirled it around and then placed it before him.
"You won't fall asleep during your next class," she said, "but you also may want to give them group work."
