Lord Byron lifted his massive head at Fred's greeting and gave a low bark in return. His tongue hung out of his mouth as he breathed and then lowered his head to rest on his front paws once more. It wasn't often that students greeted him in the office. Leon and Barclay ignored him, Ashton puffed up his chest, Jae paid him no mind, and really, the only other Hydra to really show the dog any attention was Ambriel. And Ambriel absolutely adored Lord Byron.
Cressida smiled softly and went to serve Fred some tea, the clear liquid pouring into the cup with a few stray bits from leaves finding their way in. She placed the cup before Fred to take saying, "It's still a bit hot." She knew that cold did not bother vampires, but heat did do something.
"Certainly, Ms. Jordan," Cressida said as Fred asked if she could ask something first. She had no problem answering questions, so long as they were appropriate, and she could always answer them to the best of her ability.
