"I'm sure you will, and I'm sure I will one day as well," Lilie said, "I've just never had a passion for anything in particular. School is school, I enjoy hanging with my friends, I love archery and sports, I really enjoyed acting when I did it. Nothing's ever stood out to me as being . . . I dunno, something worth pursuing. At least not a career goal of any kind." With hunting she was always willing to go for the chase and do it for a long time too. She liked that part the best, because it made it more thrilling.
It was just a pity the rest of life wasn't as exciting as that could be. And in the end, what she did have a passion for probably wouldn't matter. Her options were limited. Maybe she should just give in and get an online degree in some pointless nothing like . . . crocheting. Baking. Ugh, that sounded lame.
something settled into Lilie's mind though and she wondered if she should even ask it. Mickey might kill her, but at the same time, this was a harmless question. And then Leon just might shut down. She barely knew the newly made vampire so it was hard to say. Hydra were so secretive sometimes.
"Hey, can I ask you something? It may be kinda personal, so you can just like, say you don't want to answer and that's fine, but yeah," she spoke before taking another couple of gulps of coffee.
