Various Places — Lilie & Ashton
Ashton had learned from Emily where to put his hands while dancing with a girl, and whether it be the alcohol or his natural aggressive and possessive nature, Ashton reached out and caught Lilie by the hips as she moved and pulled her close against his own. He had a slight smile on his lips, liking the way she moved and finding it alluring. Ashton wished Barclay was there so he could point it out to him, how skilled Lilie appeared to be with this dancing, but he couldn't catch sight of the witch after a quick scan of the area.
The steampunk dressed dragon boy didn't dance so much as swayed with her, his fingers curling around Lilie's back. His head was tipped down to watch her move, the small smile remaining in place as the monocle dangled from its leather string.
Ashton had worn the makeup that hid the starburst dragon marks behind his ears. He knew there would be others not from St. Margaret's at this party, and he'd insisted it be included in the costume preparations - and he'd insisted on applying it himself, glaring heatedly at either Lilie or Mickey who tried to help. The marks were particularly sensitive. Otherwise Ashton hadn't protested to anything they dressed him in, accepting it as a part of the party and since he'd given Lilie his word that he would go and go with an open mind, trying the things she suggested, he had so far kept himself from uttering the word Lilie teased him about using too much.
