As the flames from Ashton faded, she allowed her own aura to dwindle down until it featured merely her ears and tails. She looked at the dragon with calmness as she smiled and nodded in reply. "It felt good actually," she told him, and she was not simply saying that because of the pleasant heat he provided. She was also growing fond of her one on one times with the dragon. She knew many thought he was abrasive at times, but she felt that you just had to try to understand him a bit more.
She did notice the smell of charred clothe though. Surveying her clothes, she found that a few places were black, but that was most likely her own fault. As Ashton had told her during their previous time together, when she took her fiery form, the clothes usually remained undamaged. This just meant she needed more practice of her own later.
