Andrei & Ashton
Barclay had managed to talk Ashton into going to the movie at Kitsune, and he had enjoyed it, despite finding many plot holes and leaps of logic that kind of ruined the movie for him. He took it for what it was, to be scared, and only once did he jump, grabbing onto Barclay's leg with a growl that drew the attention of the other movie-watchers. He had scowled, relaxed, and watched the rest of the movie in silence. No, he wasn't scared.
Afterwards, Ashton parted ways with his witch at Hydra House. Barclay had usher duties and Ashton was uninterested in any of the other festivities going on. It was all just silliness to him. Last year he'd been reluctant to even leave his room, though he had fond memories of Barclay dressing him as James Dean in the Hydra foyer.
He was hoping to get some extra studying in, almost finished with his Latin vocabulary and wanting to begin more in depth studies of Korean to prepare for his next meeting with Jae. Ashton walked around the outside of Hydra, his dark clothes blending with the shadows where there were no festival lights, and he passed a silent ghost with a wary glance. The side door to enter Hydra dorm and avoid the Haunted House was just a bit further and he continued on, already looking forward to the peace and quiet of his room.
