cressida/micah: first aid area
"It's just water," Cressida looked at him, "the actual potion won't feel that way." If anything, it would feel cool and soothing. She shook her head at him like he was acting like a child, but there was a little smirk tugging at the edge of her lips. So much for the big bad bear. She listened as he told her how long it would tag. About a week and he wanted to say he was fine? With a full moon, surely he would be fine and heal faster, but she wasn't going to let someone go walking around with a wound like this, were or not.
She finished cleaning the space and then reached down to take some of the translucent green potion onto her fingers and then said, "This will be a little chill, but it's got a numbing agent in it so you won't feel the pain as much." Cressida looked at him for a moment to make sure he acknowledged what she said and then pressed the goop onto his chest, starting at one end of the wound and slowly spreading it around.
"You know," she said calmly, "I didn't need you to step in the way you did. Lord Byron was tired but I do have more than just a familiar to protect myself with." Cressida's eyes flicked up at Micah's briefly before she went back to the application. She dipped her fingers again and went to apply more. There was a brief pause and as she heard him breath in to reply to her, she cut him off, "However, that's not to say I'm not grateful for your help." And it wasn't like he forced her to stay aside and do nothing. Instead she was able to use whatever healing spells she could on him as he fought against the golems.
If she hadn't been there, Micah would've been a little more worse for the wear.
