"But," Caleb said softly, a smirk pulling at his lip, "you don't know it wasn't out of boredom. You should read some Greek mythology - or maybe you have already - but those gods bored easily." He smiled and let the subject go, knowing that a tease of that nature may ruffle an actual feather.
