Jae & Open
Jae knew what a pool was, she wasn't that unaware of that. She didn't mind swimming either. Her kind didn't feel the effects of water any differently. She wore swimming clothing beneath a pair of mint green shorts with a pale green sleeveless blouse. Her hair was left down, covering her ears that came to a slight point. She didn't like people seeing them because she was always taught to be careful. Even in a school such as this, some things you didn't just throw out the window. It was ingrained in her to hide, and so that's precisely what she would do.
She preferred to be barefoot, but wore a pair of flip flops that made soft slapping sounds against her heels as she walked. She saw a post made by Rob about a party. A long talk with her mother told her to put herself out there to make friends, and so this would be Jae's attempt at doing so. She didn't really have a close friend, not since Eunji, and she couldn't carry around a portrait to introduce to people, so Jae stood on her own with a bag that had a towel and trying to ignore the sticky heat that clung to her skin. She dealt with hot summers in South Korea before, but this felt exceptionally uncomfortable.
She would jump in the pool later, but for now she made her way to a chair nearby to sit. Jae observed the others that arrived and saw Kana, who she knew from a photograph and a brief conversation over her journal. She wasn't sure who else might arrive though and she felt the remnants of a nightmare that haunted her earlier that day still. Perhaps that's why she came here, she didn't want to think of that terrible dream.
