A lot of people have been posting their complaints verbatum-- they've been sticking to the fact that the ToS has been arbitrarily and inconsistently applied, that refunds have been lacking in cases where customers deserve them, and that Six Apart has been using deceptive practices (the old bait-and-switch with the permanent account sales). A LOT of the letters that have been going out are focusing more on the fact that LiveJournal has been allowing communities that are very blatantly and explicity pro self-harm, pro child abuse, pro hate crimes, etc to exist, even when users report them. (Users keep getting the old brush-off reply that used to be SOP for teh pr0n as well.)
