Someone wrote in spork_squad,

At first I was just like "Why is there a chapter break here? This is still part of one continuous scene!"

But then I was like "What the hell is with his eyes on that last page?!"

Seriously, those are like someone-is-going-to-die eyes. Either the person with the eyes is currently being killed, or they're channeling a cosmic avatar and are going to burn everything around them now.
