What I had in mind for her was this: Power Bestowal (latent/to be realized) By drawing certain pictures and symbols on someone else, she can give them powers associated with what she's depicted. The results are somewhat unpredictable in their exact applications and strength. Once the ink is removed from their skin, the powers are also removed. This means that temporary drawings, as drawn by a pen or with henna, would result in temporary powers; while those more permanently tattooed into the skin, as by a tattoo gun, would last until the tattoo is removed by some means. As the ink fades, the powers weaken. If the ink is smeared, the power will behave erratically.
Power Removal (latent/to be realized) The flip side of her power bestowal is that she can remove one superpower, either temporarily or semi-permanently, by drawing or tattooing a closed padlock on the person. That is the only picture that will work, and is limited to the same weaknesses and restrictions as her power bestowal. Drawing an additional power symbol onto them will nullify the padlock, and disfiguring the padlock will break its effect.
Basically she doesn't even know she has it yet because she needs to draw the "right" symbols on someone, and it kinda ties in with the superhero she created in that she drew the "right" symbol for him to have a superpower (I'd just have to think one up...:X) without even realizing it. The mechanism is pretty distinguishable from Lila's, I just didn't want to risk any hard feelings with it. :)
