Rachel True, as Rochelle from The Craft. It's insane, she was actually almost 30 when she was in this movie. 30! She barely ages at all! I desperately want to use her for a PB, but hold back, largely due to time constraints. I'll settle for a marriage proposal from her, however.

Made using a personal batch of screencaps. There's a lot more where these came from. We'll see if they actually become icons. If you want a banner made, either indicate an icon, or describe a scene not iconned here (I might have capped it), and I'll see what I can do.

Gina Gershon is a threat to marriages everywhere, and just a tad typecast in that direction. Not surprising. She exudes sexuality, imo, although she has a distinctly unconventional appeal. I fully intend to take some caps of Bound and Prey for Rock and Roll, once I have those movies. Especially Bound. Amusingly enough, she also played the marranzano for the Scissor Sister's song: "I Can't Decide" which is used in one of my favorite Dexter fanvids (NSFW+ S1 spoilers).

I got the images from all over through the magic of google image search. So, basically, it's a lot of candids and promo shoots, with some screencaps thrown in for good measure. Some which were ridiculously difficult to work with. However, I'm happy with them. For the most part at least.

Note: Some icons are NSFW! (Nothing too explicit, but you never know. I'd rather warn than have people run into issues later.)

I've been meaning to do an Ultraviolet set for a while. It's so visually scifi that I had to show scifi RP love by making them. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my copy of the dvd which held me back for a bit. At least, until I found loads of screencaps on Milla's official website.

I also found a set of images that IMO fit perfectly for a friend's character, so I iconned those as well. Here they are, daredesuka. Hope you like them. ;)

Here, have some Dan Balan; best known as the manager and member of the now-defunct Moldovan pop-music trio O-zone. Is it me, or could he play a young adult version of "Biney" from Dexter? Although, to me, he will always be the big bro to one of my characters... (Seriously, how many icon sets am I going to make that essentially amount to someone significant in one of my characters' background?)

There were all gathered from various sources throughout the web, but notable mention goes to mimiavecozone, missbalan27, and a few of the other picture blogs on skyrock.com.

Incidentally, the Moldovan entry on wikipedia makes tagging him ethnically a bitch. So, I'm using Moldovan in respect for that, despite that some would probably say he is Romanian instead. Confusing? Welcome to the political aspect of ethnic identity.

Yep. I said I'd be doing a new Michelle Rodriguez set, and here it is. I really can't get enough of her. I was going to say that I probably blathered on about her enough on the first set, but it looks like I didn't. It also appears that I neglected to redo ones that were bothering me. Ah well, it helps to have goals. Anyway, my obsessive fannishness is born from Resident Evil. Well, technically from pictures and reviews of Girlfight -- which I have yet to see. But I did icon some of it, so it works out.

Judging by the multiple "official website" banners I found in the pic folder, I'm gonna guess that a good number of these came from there. Especially as many are series of smallish screencaps. At some point, I would like to make icons off of my own caps. These certainly did the job in the meantime. ;)
