"No arguing with that logic, at least for now," she replied as he wrapped the blanket around her shoulders to keep the chill out, though Sook thought he needed it more than she did. "I might come visit you tomorrow and have found you frozen in place."
Secretly pleased he had taken one and not turned her down, Sook ripped another in half and took a bite. "There's a lot of stuff I ain't allowed now, so it's kinda frustrating but you gotta put the kid first. No matter how much I want a damn cup of coffee." she sighed and pulled off a chunk of her biscuit to eat.
