Who: Princess Luna (Open to Harry H, Sean, and Rob) When: Backdated 5.24 Where: The Castle; The Cells > Outside What: Luan sees her friend's to safety Closed Semi-Narrative, Open to mentioned
Something the princess had not expected was such a tragedy to strike the island. Such chaos. Where was Discord when you wanted him? In comparison, his trouble seemed far less....disastrous. At least when he did something it wasn't going to kill anyone. These monsters looked ready to wipe out the world. They looked ferocious and were headed for the main city, the shoreline, but for the moment her castle seemed far and away. How long would that hold? How long before they got there? She didn't know, so from her tower where she had been standing she shot off through the halls. Her black dress ripped and whirled in the wind she created as she ran, full out, feeling as if she were galloping despite having only two legs.
"HARRY!" she screamed through the halls as she dropped down the middle of the winding staircase from her tower to the main floors. Her wings opened with a snap, stopping her from hitting the hard stone covered with a magenta colored run. "Harry!" Luna called again, running to his room and throwing her arms around him the second she saw him. "We have to go! You need to get into the cells. It's safe down there," she said in a hurry and without explanation. If he looked through his window they could see one of the larger monstrosities coming their way.
"Hurry! Please!" Luna's hands pushed at the man, fear for losing him in her eyes.

Luna ran around the castle, collecting this and that once she had seen Harry and Sean into the basement. She wait for Rob at the doorway--though found out quickly the kind Isabel had brought him and his stallions to the cells as well. When she reappeared downstairs in the dark, lit with lanterns and magic, she left food and clothes and water. She was dressed in black and silver armor over her midnight gown, a crown framed her face with a sideways crescent moon upon her brow, bracers at her arms and covers upon her legs, a beautiful breastplate with another crescent moon at the center. She looked like a dark Valkyrie as she stood there, ready to take off.
"Do not move until I have returned," the princess said in urgency, voice loud but not harsh in her semi-Royal tone. "Do not." Luna's eyes looked to each man, lingering on Harry and then Sean, who were her closest--if not more than--friends. She stepped in and kissed one, then the other, before standing in front of Rob.
"Thank you for caring for the steeds," she smiled. Of course she felt akin to them. Rob did not get a kiss, just her gratitude. Luna turned from the three and the horses, having at some point or another thanked Isabel for the drop off, before she started toward the only set of stairs.
"I will not lock the door from the outside, but do not leave here," she told the men over her shoulder, eyes glowing brightly with power in such a way they could not even tell her iris from the rest. Her wings closed and she stepped out into the castle with a slam of the door behind her. It was only wood but there was a bright blue glow that suggested Luna had placed a magical spell upon it. She was no Shining Armor with the great ability to protect a whole city with his magic but she was the lunar guardian and second only to Celestia in all of Equestria.

"Stop right there!" Luna called once she was outside. She flew high in the sky and roughly sixty feet from the mechanical beast. Was it even mechanical? She didn't know. Her wings flapped to keep her aloft but she came nearer to get it's attention. A beam shot from her chest, for she had no horn for the magic to use as a focal point, cyan and dark blue, spiraling toward the opponent.
The last time the princess had fought it has been shortly over one thousand years ago; with Celestia before being banished to the moon, then only a handful of years ago before being returned to her normal, lovable self. This all felt raw and painful, yet powerful and for good cause. She was not fighting to take over an empire.
She was fighting for her lovers and friends.
"I will not let you bring harm to these people!" Her eyes cast beyond the one to the many down below and her heart felt heavy in her stomach yet pounding on the door to her throat as if to escape. There were so many...Even one was too many, of course, but more...Luna saw the start of battle below, a blast of lightning and the echo of gunfire to the hills. They had to end this quickly before too much was destroyed...
Before too many were lost.
Her eyes took on a bright glow once again as a new laser beam shot forth from her armor plated chest. The princess flew around the creature in a great arc, letting the beam slide along it's body. She wanted it to crack and fall to pieces. She wanted it to explode. She wanted it to perish at her hoof. Another blast. Then another. Luna did not relent despite quickly growing weary from expelling such energy. She wouldn't need long to recharge but she had a feeling time would not be on their side.
