Elizabeth stood in front of Jason's apartment door nervously. She really couldn't remember getting this worked up over a guy. The nerves felt as if she were walking through the door to sit a test.
She donned a simple white dress and a pair of heels. In her left arm, she cradled a bottle of Jason's favourite whiskey, and with the other, she gently knocked on his door.

The fact that she was going to throw a party flashed through his mind, and Jason forced himself to focus on the moment. He kissed her again gently.
