Nightmare Night, what a fright! Give us something sweet to bite!

Luna wait patiently in her tower for just the right time to make her "grand entrance" into the night. The sun had set, the wind gave a soft, warm blow across the island, and it seemed from her view people were having a good time. She paced for a few minutes, pondering, before throwing open the large French doors to her bedroom at the highest of towers. Ah, the smell of night. It was one of her favorite scents! Now, joyful and impatient, the princess took to the skies. She flew gracefully, her long periwinkle blue dress dancing around her legs as she float along easily overhead. To the center of town she soared, a dot way up high.

Opening her arms, her silver bracelets jangled and chimed, magic calling forth a gust of wind that swept over the streets, through the parents and children. The sky darkened, clouds rolling in thick and black. A crack of lightning, a thunderous bang. From on high descended the princess now in her own costume, though magical in appearance. Black of dress and clad with shining armor, her hair cascading, shimmering, and fluid like passing clouds in the night.

The woman, who looked nothing like the sweet and wide-eyed princess, swept down over the trick-or-treaters, cackling. Her hands reached out as if to snatch for the children, she grinned and bared fangs. She was fast and when Luna's tall boots touched they ground they clicked, thunder crashed, and her wings snapped open in the gale of winds to carry her away once again.

"I SEE NO CHILDREN TO GOBBLE!" said the princess using her most royalist of voices, loud and echoing in the night. "WHERE COULD THEY BE~?"


(Feel free to reply ICly or as an OOC note of reaction to Luna! She will travel through the streets of the city, not one particular place, so no matter where you are you have a chance to see her if you're out, or looking outside! Her voice is quite loud, as it is both her royal voice and echoed with magic to be most menacing!
