Welcome, welcome, to the first town hall meeting of this wonderful community!

When people arrive, they will be given a paper copy of the agenda, and encouraged to get themselves a drink (tea, coffee, juice, water all provided, as well as finger foods and biscuits etc by Maryanne and AJ). The agenda is just to provide a basic structure, and to make sure the people who definitely wanted to say something aren't forgotten about or spoken over by louder characters once they get there.

Once everyone seems to be arrived and settled, Alexander and Kat will introduce themselves, and then Kat will encourage those present to introduce themselves as well so that people can appreciate the range of times and cultures present in the one community. If it seems to be taking a lifetime, Alex will try to round it up with the promise to circle back to them later in the day.

Kat will give a recap, or first introduction for some, about this station, how it works, some of the random things that happen, fights that have been fought, etc. A brief history of the station / island and the people.

Then...

The Agenda

Rawdon Crawley, 19th Century Earth - Rawdon will openly explain the shooting incident that happened when Alexander first arrived. He'll use straight facts, and answer any questions. If the questions get way too heated, Kat or Alex will intervene, otherwise they'll just let him talk.

Dr Cuddy, 21st Century Earth - Dr Cuddy will present on the topic of the medbay, encouraging newcomers to visit, talking of vaccinations, etc.

Liberty Becket, Ricagambeda, Year 19 - Liberty will present on the topic of space travel and exploration.

Dr Miguel O'Hara, Nueva York, 2099 - Miguel will present on the topic of the school, and try to recruit new members of staff for this endeavour.

There will be a break after this for tea refills, snacks, chat etc, then they'd be called back for Any Other Business, anything else anyone feels they want to bring up.

Once all that has been exhausted, people can stay on to have an informal drink and eat and chat for a bit, then Kat would invite everyone to a less formal location if they want to continue socialising. Kat and Zu will open up portals to the new location to make this an easier transition. By this point they'll probably be getting a big communal dinner of something.

Darcy would have introduced himself by saying that he was from England in 1813, that he understood how difficult it was to adjust to life on the station and the new technology etc. He would say that he had been married to someone who was born on this station, sort of as an example of how we can come from very different worlds but have more in common than we might first think.
He would say that he is still proud to be an honorary Sully.

"I'm Ernest Hemingway. It's hard to say when I'm from exactly, whenever I get pulled home I start over in 1939, it's like groundhog year. Oh, and it's Earth, I'm human, very plain human. Umm.. but I've been back and forth for years, I was on the island that Kat mentioned, I've had relationships here, I had a child on the island, I got sober here, I got treated by Dr Cuddy for... well, what is considering untreatable back home. It's... a strange life, but this place is what you make it, and there is a lot to love about it. That's all. That's me. Thanks."

Liberty is one of the first to introduce herself. She'll lead with the fact that she's the meeting secretary and minutes will be available for everyone afterwards if they'd like individual copies, and also she'll be keeping a record book. She'll explain that she's from a very new space colony that had a similar process, and talk a little bit about Rica. Somewhere in there will be the fact that her parents' generation left Earth to escape oppression/corruption, but she's pleased to have met all the Earthers she has here.

Hannah will introduce herself and say that she's here with her children and that she lost her husband in the Great War. She'll tell everyone the technology was difficult at first but the more she has learnt, the more she likes it. It'll look like she's going to sit down, but then right at the end she adds, nervously, that she has a healing gift and if anyone is physically injured they can go to her for help if she's around.

Isabela will introduce herself and her gift, and probably demonstrate it by making the meeting room a lot more floral. She won't say much about her background or family because the Magic Seminar people already know it all from Bruno's talk.

Katarin introduces herself by her full name and as the 'righful ruler of Kordala' but she's obviously not used to doing so in person and looks nervous. Then she'll talk, probably for too long, about Kordala itself, sounding like she's trying to encourage tourists. She'll mention the war but won't dwell on it because anyone who might care has probably seen her recent network post.

Sidda just gives you 'Sidda Blishwick, 20th century Earth'. Adrian is sitting at the back this time and doesn't really contribute, but she may write to Hamilton at some point later. Prudence, James, Arcturus and Sirius are absent.

"Hi. I'm Lacey. It's so nice to see everyone, old friends, new friends and future friends. I'm from Toronto, Ontario originally. I was living in Dog River, Saskatchewan before I was brought to the island and now I'm here on the station. I run a restaurant in the food court, called The Ruby. Everything's free. Please, pop by anytime. I'd love to see ya when I'm there, and I leave meals in the freezer with cooking instructions for when I'm not working."

"I'm Miguel O'Hara. I'm from Nueva York in the year 2099, and I'm a geneticist. I'm also Spider-Man. I'm not unique, there are three of us here and two of us are me. I've been here for four years now and I've been married to Sarah for two of those years. I teach Biology and Spanish in the school and maintain the genetic database, I recruit new teachers for the school, which I'll talk about later, and I literally climb the walls sometimes."

"I'm Dan Torrance, and I'm from a little town called Frazier in New Hampshire. It was, uh... 2014 when I was last home. I help out with odd jobs round the parks if I'm needed, and in medbay as well - I'm an orderly and janitor in a hospice back home. I've been training to be a counsellor-slash-therapist with Dr. Cuddy for a couple years now, and I run the AA here on the station. We meet every Thursday between seven and nine in the evening, and there's free coffee, which is very important. And I'm telepathic and can see the future sometimes, stuff like that, so I help teach the telepathy classes in the school."

Bucky slips into the room shortly after the introductions start. He stays in a back corner of the room, does his best to stay unnoticed, and does not introduce himself. He'd leave as soon as ShitStationMiguel finishes speaking.

Steve keeps his into brief. He mentions that he knows there is a lot of history with himself here but that he doesn't remember it. He wouldn't mention being Captain America at all but would bring up that he's a soldier who's experienced a wide swath of time and locations.

"I'm Maryanne... Walker. I'm from Earth 2017, the last time I saw that world was more than ten years ago, though I had glimpses through doors. I have a fraternal twin named Sean, I also have twelve children, eight are biologically mine, and four were gifted to me, but are no less mine. And I love them all my heart." She'd pause briefly.

"And I'm a mutant." After saying that bones would crack muscles would tear and her body would partially shift, so that her clothes didn't tear. Her hands would appear to be more paw-ish in nature, twin rounded, black tipped, blond ears poked out of her hair, her face altered to appear more muzzle like, normal rounded pupils were now long feline slits, and a long blond, and black tipped, tail hung out of the bottom of a skirt she wore just for this purpose. Her voice slightly more gravelly than it was before, and slightly lisped due to longer teeth. "I transform more, but out of respect for people that would be scandalized if I did so, because my clothes don't survive the transformation," she would give Mr. Darcy a glance, "I will not transform fully. But yes, what you heard is real, and yes it is very painful. But I have been doing it for years, and in an environment that would be my end if I screamed out in pain. For those that are interested, I do have a restaurant on the first wheel, I cook food as it is ordered, and if I don't know how to prepare your request I will learn how. It will open back up March first."

"Howdy yall! Most of ya don't know me, because I spend most of my time from morning till night working the farm I made up in one of the bio-domes. I don't reckon I check the network all that often. But I'm Applejack," She paused a second to glance at the wedding ring she still wore, "Apple. I have been back and forth between here and Equestria a few times since I got here, but I reckon the last time I saw home was in 2019. For ya'll who don't know I'm an earth pony, and I can, and will, transform into a fine looking horse while I'm workin'. But I ain't no magic pony so I won't be doin' it for show right now, if you get up early enough before the snow stops, you can see me pulling a plow to clear off the snow from walk ways and the food court. I reckon I can lift things most ya'll can't, I can dang well empty the orchard by myself in a single day."

"If ya'll want to help up on the farm, I'm never one to turn it down. Just come on up, I'll show you where to start, and you can do your fill, I ain't gonna make any green horns work my hours."

Bucky would sit in the front so he could sign if Maria's tech fails but keep himself far off to one side and sit mostly sideways so his back was toward the wall. He'd introduce himself but not really talk about himself or mention where/when he's from. He'd remind people about the cafe, tell them he's there early morning through mid-afternoon but they can help themselves whenever he's not and that he can do special orders for pastries or bread if people give him enough notice. He'd be very succinct and not take much time and he'd stay for the whole meeting but not join in any of the afterparty.

Kat introduces herself at the start alongside with the whole explanation. She will start off by saying that she grew up on the island five hundred years in the future where both new arrivals and descendants had created a society. She is a hybrid and in her mid 20s. She will also point to her various family members.

Loki would only shortly introduce himself as "Loki of Asgard. I am Katherine's father." He might do more of an introduction if he decides to speak up.

Zu will introduce herself, explain that she was from earth in the early 2000s. She knows two timelines, one growing up in the US where children with abilities like hers were hunted and put away into camps and one where she arrived from that point and grew up on the station and lived into a future from now. She will also point to her family.

Kai will be in the back and not say much. He will introduce himself as "Kai Akua, from earth" and that's it.

Gen will be close to Remus and her friends. She will say that she grew up in a parallel version of the island and it was a terrible place. She will also state that she is the daughter of Remus' friend.

Wanda will be there too. She will state that she is from the same place as Steve, Bucky and Thor (Loki can go sod off in her opinion). She is still new year and helps Bucky with the cafe.

Brenna will be with Dan. She will state she is from Norway and mention the Viking equivalent of early 8th century. XD She is a proud Viking.

Finn would have introduced himself, Finn Collins, Earth 2149, explain he'd been part of this world for almost eight years, for some self depreciating humor, explain that he was kind of useless on the island, but maybe now he was a little more indispensable since the station needed constant repairs.

Dean would have introduced himself. Dean Winchester, 43, Earth, from Lawrence Kansas, the last known location being Canton Ohio, United States. (He has been canon updated, but quietly got help from one of the people he knew could heal him, if you know you know)He would explain that he is one of the supernatural experts on the station, vessel for Archangel Michael. And part of the security team, and explain that he has an impressive collection of weapons. And that '68 Chevy Impala, a few teaching auditoriums, over was his Baby. He'd explain that he had three kids, Mary Ellen, Jack, and Celeste.

Jack Torrance would have introduced himself, and explained that he was Dan's Dad. That he was most recently from Florida, the United States, and he was home last in 2018. He'd also explain that he was the Language Arts, and Literature, teacher in their little school, and that it was mostly for the kiddos, but he wouldn't be against teaching any adult that might need it.

Frigga would have introduced herself. Yes, that Frigga. If there were any blank faces in the crowd, she would go on to say she was Queen of Asgard, and wife of Odin. Going on to explain that she is the goddess of marriage and motherhood. And jokingly and that she'd willingly wed anyone, that they didn't have to worship her. She'd close by saying she was a sorceress, and mother of Loki and Thor.

Bucky, Shannon, Stevie, and Laura were there, but wouldn't introduce themselves, Laura hanging out in the back with her arms crossed. Maybe next meeting.

Sookie would have introduced herself in a bright, cheerful way.  She'd mention that she's spent a great deal of time in space and she's happy to give starship rides to anyone interested.  

Cuddy gave a very short introduction and mentioned that she'd be speaking about the station's medical department.

Abra introduced herself as Dan's niece, Jack's granddaughter and Bill's wife (because she's from a time when they're married).  She mentioned that she shares the same gift as Dan.  She'd also explain that she and Bill are normally children in this time.

Eddie would have a simple introduction, added that he's usually a kid in this time too, and sometimes an anxious one, but not to be put off by it.

Maria introduced herself, with the help of a holo-agent translator, as Maryanne and AJ"s daughter.   She'd mention that she's from the future and she used to work on the station a great deal in her timeline.   She said that she wanted to make some station upgrades and would appreciate any help.   She'd tell everyone not to worry about approaching her if they can't sign - she has her holo-agent and phone to help with translation, and can read lips if they speak slowly and clearly.

The younger Sunila would have introduced herself and briefly talked about being force-sensitive.   
The older Sunila would have given a quick explanation of how she was from a different timeline and lived on the island longer than most, and how bad the island was.  She would have tried to leave a positive note, of how people came together to fight the man and how good this timeline is.

Belle would have made a simple introduction, mentioning that she is from France of the past, that she enjoys the marvellous inventions of this time, and also all the new books she's been able to read.

Sarah's Miguel and Dan's introductions are up there somewhere.

Maria's Miguel did not introduce himself at this point.

Tommy just about managed to introduce himself as the Math and Physics teacher for the school, and to say that if anyone has any problems with any electrical devices or any sort of power cuts - not that there's been any - to get in touch with him, since he can almost always get things sorted out. Rawm huffed in agreement.

Astrid and Hródolf sat with Dan and Brenna. Hródolf said who his family was, and about how he works on ships, both spaceships and sailing ships. He helps his Uncle Dan with some of the park jobs, he's able to make furniture if people want wooden things, and he reckons he's about to start trying to make a lot of wooden toys.
Astrid stood up and said about her family, and showed Hulda to everyone before she gave Hulda to her big brother to hold. She knits, cooks, helps AJ on the farm with tending to the animals and with the planting, although she hasn't been doing much of that recently for obvious reasons.

Adam sat with Belle and explained how he teaches French in the school along with Enjolras. Much like his wife, he enjoys all the new books and life on the station. And he hopes that there will be a door to his home sometime soon, so that everyone can visit and he can repay everyone's kindness.

Eggsy said hello, explained how he's been on the island and station three times now, so it's probably only the new people that don't know him. He's an apprentice tailor for Kingsman of Savile Row, yes with this accent, and since coming to the station, he's gained the ability to locate things that are needed or missing.

Kelan is from this part of space, and he is forever grateful for the station and his gods for rescuing him and bringing him here. He would be more than happy to explain local history, customs, beings and beliefs and so on.

Bill speaks slowly, so he tried to keep his introduction short. Married to Abra, Kat's son and therefore Loki and Shannon are his grandparents and Frigga's his gran. He's the one that puts pictures up on the network. He's also usually a kid.

Blue Jake sat at the back with Laura, and then stood up to talk and was very tall and blue. The first part of his introduction was quite serious, how he's Olo'eyktan of the Omaticaya people, and Eywa's chosen warrior. And then he grinned and pointed out the other versions of himself and Sarah and Tommy and Sookie. He finds the doors to different worlds and lets people know, and he looks after the Pandora plants in wheel 3. Don't go into that section without an oxygen mask, ever, since the air is poisonous.

Older Jake sorts out all the crap that's been left behind in apartments and docking bays and everywhere, and works out what's useful and what's space-rubbish. He can use the Force, and he would have stood beside his wife while she described their timeline.

Younger Jake had one of Greg or Alex on his shoulders when he spoke. He can also use the Force. And Arrrr the Wookiee says hi.

Older Greg said his name, and then sat down again.

Rachel said how she works in Medbay with her mom, and helps look after her sisters and her younger self. She's from the same timeline as Gen, and as Older Jake and Sunila and Greg.

Ben is not dressed in his formal robes today, he's gone for more comfortable clothes. He's another Force user, he used to be a Jedi, and he's helping to train the younger Force users on the station. He helps with some of the classes in the school.

Bryn sat with her family, and beaus if they attended. Unable to resist the urge to moon over her granddaughter, as she listened to everyone else. But she did tear herself away from those tiny features, to stand up.

"I am Brynhild Ingouf. I have the club "Bad Things" on wheel three, and a smaller one on wheel two, that isn't named, but specializes aged drinks, and Cigars. They are both self serve, but only Bad Things has certain drinks behind lock and key. Those you have to see me to actually get a taste, and there are cameras that can pick up supernatural movement, and magic.

I'm from Norway, I was born in the eighth century, but most recently I lived in Atlanta Georgia, United States, and it was 2017 last time I was there, doors not withstanding. I hear what your mind is saying, not really I'm not telepathic, How? Why? let's just chalk it up to magic. I do like a little mystery after all. Two of my seven children are here, Astrid, and Brenna, my adopted daughter Zu, and my godson Blank are also here. As are two of my grandchildren Hrodolf, and Hulda."

Cyran would stand up (she isn't very tall, 5' at most), tuck her platinum blond hair behind her well pointed ears, and smile at the people around her.

"I am Cyran Brevedant. I am half elf, half human, and I am a dovahkiin sorceress." She'd pause and make her staff appear with a little flourish, it was straight, gold in color, with a pair of circles at the top that had elvish runes drawn in the naked space between the two circles. "I am here with my husband, Erandur, my sons, Blank and Johnn."

Shepard is dressed in her second best military uniform (The best being the white one, this one is blue) her metals pinned in the proper order and everything. The hat tucked under her arm.

"I am Commander Shepard, Shepard to most, there's no need to be formal here. I'm Commander of the SSV Normandy, which is here. I was last on a very large Station, even bigger than this, that was orbiting Earth for a very important mission. The year was 2186. I served in the Alliance Navy, and for a brief explanation, the Alliance was formed after First Contact proved to be with a violent alien race. All the countries on Earth formed as one, and gave the alien race a reason to draw up a treaty."

"I'm Mackenzie Stark, my mother is Maryanne. I too am a mutant. I don't want to give too much away because, spoiler, I'm from the future." She would stand a bit away from her mother, and fire would light up one arm, and ice down the other, before both vanished. "I was born here on the station, with my twins." She would point to the toddlers that were close to her mother, and all dark haired. "I'm from 2041. And no I won't answer any of your questions from the future."

Dean stood up and looked around at everyone, giving a light wave to everyone. His face was slightly purple, as he was not used to talking to such a large crowd, and he felt rather embarassed.

"Hello. Uh.. Dean is Dean! Dean is a member of the Totem and was with the Swords of Orion, hunting monsters and other things. Dean was less blue for a while... Uh, Dean can talk to animals and has wings." Dean almost awkwardly Even though he spoke softly, his voice was still booming. "Uh... Dean can't do much other than fight.... Dean is a 'weapon,' as Dean has been told. Uh... But, Dean is trying to learn more! Yes. Dean is here." Dean would offer another smile before he waved again and sat down in his seat.

The other Dovahkiin stood up just after Cyran did, though he didn't speak until she was done. Grabbing on to her hand and offering the brightest smile he could, his head turned to the rest of the crowd.

"My name is Erandur Brevedant. Howdy to everyone, both new and met." He tipped his hat deeply to the middle of the others. "Dohvakiin Bounty Hunter, 1880's, different from most others. I can help with helping most ailments." Erandur wanted to, but decided against mentioning Higgs. It was a sore point for everyone involved. "I'm here with my family, and I just want what'd be best for all of us." His tongue flicked loudly as he sat back down. Even as a Jarl's son, he wasn't so used to public speaking, and that was a very long time ago.
