Bucky would sit in the front so he could sign if Maria's tech fails but keep himself far off to one side and sit mostly sideways so his back was toward the wall. He'd introduce himself but not really talk about himself or mention where/when he's from. He'd remind people about the cafe, tell them he's there early morning through mid-afternoon but they can help themselves whenever he's not and that he can do special orders for pastries or bread if people give him enough notice. He'd be very succinct and not take much time and he'd stay for the whole meeting but not join in any of the afterparty.
