Without the mind gem it was surprisingly frustrating to track down Miguel. He did not know him well enough to track him through magic. It was a complication. He had not spent much time on it either. There were other priorities. Higgs. Higgs was the priority and his downfall. But there was an incentive to retrieving the people that had vanished. One was knowledge, one were the connection they held to people he knew. Additionally, the expectation that it would make him look good was icing on the cake.
He was quick when he appeared behind Miguel. He took a syringe and injected it into Miguel's neck. A small piece of the gold dust was inside in the a syringe and was now entering the other man's blood stream.
"Hi," he said with a smirk, readying the infinity stone in his arm to stop the man dead in his tracks.
