Abra, Dan, Higgs
As the brief feeling of peace left, Dan realized that he wasn't stuck in the weird red tank. And that he really needed to be outside of it. It was easy enough to slip out along one of the umbilicals, just as the body behind him was crushed by Abra's sandstorm. He looked back towards all the souls, and then followed the umbilicals back round to where Higgs now stood, the other man's attention completely on Abra.
Dan moved silently to stand behind Higgs, and allowed himself to become more "real" on the beach. Not all the way, just enough that he could still see the souls but also interact with Abra and Higgs.
He remembered the last time he'd been here. He had control over his own body, or how it presented itself - he'd been able to banish all the seawater that had soaked him and his clothes. So now, he remembered how it had felt to be as strong as Loki was when they'd swapped bodies, and made it so he was as strong as that. And he knew to expect any sudden tugs from the umbilicals that fed into the tank, so he could brace against that as well. He reached round and grabbed them, and then yanked at them with all of his new strength, trying to pull them free of the tank. It might not be a problem for Higgs, but Dan reckoned it'd free all those souls. They wouldn't be tethered to this madman any more.
