Edward thanked her and took the glass with his real hand just to be safe. He could transfer it to the other if he needed to once he had a hold of it. He took a warming sip as she explained more about the island.
“What a curious place,” he mused. “Although, I admit I am intrigued to see you handling the bow and arrow I have heard so much about,” he gave her a bit of a smile. “It is a much larger island than I first imagined. It feels a lot more open and natural than the station in a lot of ways,” he mused. He took another sip, and then leaned back with her, trying to encourage himself to stop his mind whirring away and just relax and enjoy her company for whatever it was. “You must miss it some days.”
