Rachel wasn't really sure what was going on. She'd been in the forest near her cottage and then suddenly she was in a park with a strange very fake 'sky' above it. Everything felt different. The ground wasn't the same. The trees were all different. She went over to one of the trees and put her hand on it, letting it tell her its story. The tree had never known natural sunlight. It had always been in this fake environment and that made Rachel just a little bit sad. It seemed to be happy enough, though. You can't miss something you never knew. She moved over to a small cluster of bushes and ran her fingers over the leaves, watching as they stretched to meet her hand. It was always fun to see the plants react to her. The bushes seemed to thicken a bit as she moved her hand over them. They were almost excited that she was there. She decided to just stay with the bushes, since they were reacting to her so well. Maybe she'd take a snipping with her so she could have one for her apartment when she got back to it. Whenever that was going to be. |
