Cora watched carefully as Juliet transformed, glad it seemed to work without an appearance of the sea witch, more crazy tidal waves washing over them or some other trap. Perhaps her joy was too soon.
She frowned again when Juliet's mouth moved with no sound, like a fish out of water trying to breathe the air. Out of instinct, Cora tried to stand and sunk a little more. She sat back down on the rocks. "Are you alright? Can you breathe?" She asked.
