He really did not hold back, did he? Seras took a step back and sat on the armrest of the nearest loveseat, her feet dangling a few inches above the ground. "Depends, I guess. I'm no expert." Seras' eyes wandered and she looked around until her eyes found his again.
"It's not normal though, is it, to want to hurt yourself. Or anyone really, but--and the blood thing, it's--" The blood thing. Seras Victoria would know a little something about that. Not that she'd admit it, she couldn't even admit it to herself, let alone someone else.
A subtle look of discomfort washed over her face and she decided she wouldn't touch the subject. "I don't know," was her alternate remark. "Maybe they place people in here for both their sake and society's. Not for just one or the other."
