Laurie sat uncomfortably-quiet for a moment when Babs discussed her hands; she kept them in the gloves for a reason, kept them shoved into the pockets of her jeans or hoodies as often as possible. Only Tristan had seen them entirely bare since she'd gotten here, and that had been a major step for her trust issues.
"The sleeping pills are great," she said with a little shrug, glad for the shift in topic. "I really need to get some sleep... I can't crash out for the night without them. I have a lot of... nightmares about it. Some of them are memories, some are just... made-up."
Her teeth caught her bottom lip for a moment, chewed. She tasted like strawberry Chapstick, that faintly sweet waxy flavor. "Wouldn't you?" she asked simply in regards to her face, not looking up through the mane of tangled wheat-gold hair.
