WHO: Callisto Cyra & Balthazar
WHAT: Callisto is let outside for a tiny bit.
WHERE: In Callisto's personal little pen outside. This is a specific area in the courtyard, which is completely boxed in, and has a fence around the boxed in area keeping anyone outside the fifty foot boxed in area five feet away from the the actual caged in courtyard. The chain links of the boxed in area are electrified with enough volts to stun anyone who touches it and three guards stand on duty at the entrance (which is also caged in for their protection), which is attached to the building via a private entrance. In a nutshell? No one can get within five feet of the "cage" without first climbing a fence, and then having the risk of getting electrocuted.
WHEN: Early afternoon, around 11am.
RATING/STATUS: R - it's Callisto / Started; Incomplete - Open to anyone
