They trail off, or at least cease to speak in English. All they need is a whiteboard and glasses to complete the stereotype. As if on cue they pull their reading glasses out from somewhere in their hair.
"Mm, what?" they mumble absently. They're not trying to be rude, they're just One Of Those, and it's really hard to concentrate on two things at once.
