Michael looks up, surprised. He shouldn’t be, maybe, since they were just talking about living together (and he’s remembering that all over again now, getting nervous all over again—), but he is. Surprised that Wolfgang would really mean any of it, would want to keep him here overnight even though he’d yelled. He’s surprised they’d want to do this with him again.
“…Yeah. Yeah, okay.” He didn’t bring anything with him to sleep in and he has work in the morning, but it doesn’t matter. It takes him no time to get anywhere in the city. He can stop by the tenement in a second. “I don’t sleep real well, though. I guess that’s something you should know.”
