"Mm." The question of the presence of evil in the world is one Lee rarely engages in, because it makes her head hurt; too much cognitive dissonance. She believes in God despite trying very hard not to, and the kind of God she believes in is one who either allows evil to exist and does nothing about it and is thus immoral, or one who can't prevent it from existing and is thus not omnipotent. It doesn't make any sense.
